Wish integration and data feed management

Wish is an online e-commerce platform that facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers. The platform employs browsing technologies which personalize shopping visually for each customer, rather than relying on a search bar format. It allows sellers to list their products on Wish and sell directly to consumers. Wish acts as an intermediary handling payments but does not stock the products themselves or manage returns.

Title- is the element that apart from image and price is most important on most channels. Here it is very important to convey the core features of the item while being very brief. For most channels this includes adding Brand, Color, Size, Material and Type into a title of often less than 50-100 characters.

Description - the keywords you use in both your title and description field play a role in determining the relevancy of your products. That’s why it’s important to add descriptive keywords to your descriptions as well. The description gives you the opportunity to list out product features, technical specifications and give shoppers a reason as to why the product can benefit them.

Categorization - Placing products in product categories is designed to help potential customers navigate their way to your product and match relevant searches. This makes it vital that you select the correct category for your product. Otherwise, you may end up with customers not being able to find what they are looking for in the channel and your products get categorized with the wrong items from competitors and shows up in the wrong searches.

How to start selling on Wish?

Our integration to Wish is based on a xml file integration with up to 49 points of data on each item send, which adheres to Wish's data feed specifications. We can help import your data from URL, ftp, Shopify, Magento, Woocommerce, Website crawl and many other ways.

How to Submit your Feed to Wish:

1. Register for a Wish Merchant Center account.
2. Create a Wish feed, using WakeupData's pre-made template.
3. Set your Wish connection up. The primary way to send your feed to Wish is by uploading a CSV file inside of the Merchant Center Interface. You can do so by navigating to: Products> Add New Products> Product CSV File.  This will take you to http://merchant.wish.com/feed-upload
