INTERNSHIP:  Customer Success and Support Intern ( 4-6 months)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to embark on an enriching journey within our rapidly expanding software company. Scope and responsibilities

In light of our evolving platform and diverse clientele, we seek an intern to spearhead feed integrations and client management using WakeupData. If you possess excellent communication skills and are adept at navigating computer systems and web-based software, this role is for you. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Customer Success Team with feed implementation tasks and support cases
  • Handling customer inquiries and support requests via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting and documenting bugs or errors as necessary
  • Participating in testing new features or updates to ensure they are functioning correctly and meeting customer needs before they are released to the broader user base
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of training materials for customers, such as help articles and user guides 
  • Attending regular customer success management team meetings

The right person for this position will be required to have a basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce. In this position, you will be working with our Customer Success Managers, reporting to the COO.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Studying a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Information Technology, or Finance.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce, including SEO, PPC, PLA, etc.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A passion for contributing to something impactful and meaningful.
